Surface to Air
Surface To Air is a creative studio started in Paris in 2000. Originally working on design and advertising for brands, the collective launched their ready to wear line for women and men with an immediate success. The first store is opened in PAris, then New York and Sao Paulo in Brasil. Under the impulsion of the artistic director Aldric Speer, the brand revisits each seasons intemporal pieces from an eclectic inspiration mixing music, cinema and graphism.
The Spring-Summer 2013 collection is still filled with a strong sense of modernity. A foot in Paris and the other in New York, the woman and the man in Surface To Air like the clacissism of the rich fabrics mixed with the originality of the design. We especially love the summer collaboration with the New-York artist Aaron Young.
